Founded in 2007 and based in Vlorë, Blumar Skele Ltd has grown to become Albania's leading marine construction and dredging company. With a dedicated fleet of 7 vessels — including 5 dredgers — and a team of over 100 engineers, technicians and crew members, we have completed major port and infrastructure projects across the Adriatic, Mediterranean and North Africa.

The areas we specialise in
Port Dredging
Deepening of port basins, entry channels and harbour waterways to required quotas. We have achieved depths of up to 20 metres using our modern self-propelled dredger fleet.
Breakwater Construction
Design and construction of breakwaters, wave breakers and barrier reefs. We produce, transport and place stone and inert material in volumes exceeding 450,000 m³ per project.
Marina Development
Complete marina construction from basin dredging to full port infrastructure — delivering yacht marinas and fishing ports from concept to operation.
Infrastructure & Civil Works
