Founded on the shores of Vlorë in 2007

Blumar Skele Ltd was established in 2007 in Vlorë, Albania's main port city, with a mission to provide specialized marine construction and dredging services to port authorities and infrastructure clients. Over 18 years, we have grown from a regional contractor to a multi-national marine engineering company.

Our fleet of 7 vessels — including 5 dredgers (Devis 1 through Devis 4), two tugboats (Harli 2 and San Benigno) and the pontoon Pigafeta — gives us a combined dredging yield of over 1,700 m³/hour and the capability to operate in ports, harbours, rivers and open sea.

We hold a Construction License (NZ 5697/5), Mining Permit (Nr.1589) and Environmental License (0131-02-2010), and are registered to handle explosive materials (Nr.004/2023).
